@virginmedia can I please speak to a human, bots not helping. Requested broadband activation this morning at 10:03. Was told I’d have a response in 20 min, I’m still waiting. All I did was move home, how is it so difficult to make sure I have broadband activated when I move in?
Update on @virginmedia service. Finally spoke to a human for about 4 min max. And now been on hold for the next team. 58 min and counting listening to “hold” music.

Currently sitting on a delayed @flysaa flight to Frankfurt. Boarded and still waiting to taxi to the runway. Now delayed by 1hr40min and still counting. Reading the customer charter where nothing has been followed.
No updates, no other options for passengers. Just sit and wait. Pathetic by @flysaa_care and @Airports_ZA Poor service in the terminal and on the plane. Never mind the connecting flights
