The exact same number that later became the U.S. Department Of Defence’s own official web server address.   So, basically the Q initiative is protected by the DOD.   According to David Wilcock's insider briefings, as of November 2018, the Alliance officially took full control of the NSA, with the Alliance now set for a full discloure timeline of events.   The Q Anon movement is worldwide, as of March 2018, and has been collectively termed as the “Great Awakening” by Q.   Q is the only recognised operation sactioned by the Alliance to date.
