We all struggle with communication. This is why I created SPARK, a framework where you prompt the human before you prompt the machine. You'll get incredible results with any AI tool.
I built a GPT to walk you through creating your own, try it here: chat.openai.com/g/g-u1wKXRJx… #ai
Hot take 🔥: Many believe prompt engineering is a skill one must learn to be competitive in the future.
The reality is that prompting AI systems is no different than being an effective communicator with other humans.
The same principles apply in both cases. This makes me bullish on reading, writing, and speaking as the 3 underlying skills that really matter in 2024.
I heard this expression from someone the other day (@blader I believe) which is that you already have many instances of HGI (human general intelligence) in your life today!
You likely work with and have deep relationships with HGI, focusing on the skills necessary to effectively communicate with humans will future proof you for a world with AGI.

Instead of rewarding individual kids, reward the entire class in honor of a student or group of students. Then privately give the individual something extra if u want. #edchat #thatonekid #culturize #leapeffect #kidsdeserveit #tlap

Five relationship building tips:
1. Be respectful to disrespectful kids.
2. Be there when things are bad.
3. Ask questions.
4. Required time spent w kid does not count.
5. Criticize (& praise) privately.
