According to Felipe, that's a blueprint of a residential complex in Berlin, Germany. It was designed by Inken and Hinrich Baller.

As we continue to celebrate the career of the late actor Sam Neill, we mark the 25th anniversary of Jurassic Park III, which was Neill’s first return to the Jurassic universe. For us at ILM, the film also marked our fourth collaboration with director Joe Johnston, who started his career with the company back on Star Wars: A New Hope. Jurassic Park III was packed with groundbreaking CG dinosaurs, from the ferocious spinosaurus to the soaring pterodactyl, as well as some tried-and-true miniature work, including the film’s memorable plane crash.
