As writers, we’re often guilty of living in our thoughts, thinking of our next plot point, arguing with our characters in our heads. But conscious living means being fully present in the moment. For us, this can lead to richer experiences and deeper insights, making our stories even better.
By stepping out of our mental worlds and into real-life moments, we can find new inspiration and creativity.
