🗣️ Zlatan Ibrahimovic: “I was in the USA for a season I scored more goals than the matches I played. I knew that was not my level. My level is much higher than that.
When I returned to Europe whereby I joined a forgotten AC Milan and won the league. I would love FIFA to discount all of the Goals I scored in the USA it's clear I was on a vacation. But their money I will always miss it.”

No evidence exists for this quote. Ibrahimović played two MLS seasons with LA Galaxy (2018-19), scoring 52 league goals in 56 appearances, and joined AC Milan mid-2019/20 before winning Serie A in 2021/22. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zlatan_Ib… transfermarkt.us/zlatan-ibrahim…

Aaron Rodgers on fan conduct at games: “I think there’s a mindset that you pay for a ticket, you say whatever the hell you want. I think there should be some sort of code of conduct. Obviously that was intentional and I think there was some celebration afterward in his part.”

There wasn’t any logic waiting to move UM ahead of ND if Conf championship game outcomes are inconsequential. If Head to head was a factor, you had it all year. This isn’t a serious committee. It’s a made for TV event. Expand and get rid of the committee. BCS was a better formula. For ND, you now know 11-1 is the worst you can do to secure a spot in this current playoff format.

What’s the best budget golf course in the USA?
Let’s start the talk with Pacific Grove in Monterey.
For $64 on a weekday you can walk a golf course sitting on probably a billion dollars worth of land.
What’s your nomination?

⚽️🤝⛳️ #CHAMPIONS LEAGUE — Rory McIlroy wants to see a framework in golf where at the very top level is a Champions League style tour: “The way I view it is a bit like the Champions League in football… If you want to create something that is a real value for the game of golf, I think it’s this top global tour & then all the other tours feed into it... there’s promotion and relegation. And you have to earn your way in, and you have to earn your spot to stay in as well. I think that’s really important too. I think it has to be global in nature & to me we need to figure out a structure where all these other tours feed into that so it gives people a chance to play at the top level.” @TrackingRory
