Iranian forces struck 19 vessels attempting to transit the Strait of Hormuz on Friday and Saturday, according to Fars.
Iran says 12 vessels were targeted on Friday and another 7 on Saturday for violating restrictions on the Strait.
Meanwhile, Trump claims the U.S. successfully escorted a record volume of oil through the Strait overnight, even as Iran continues attacking vessels attempting to pass.
