We had @zkGaylord , a Product Marketer at Miden Alongside the @joinbread official account Both shared insights into what users and builders can expect as Miden moves closer to mainnet. We talked about the - current testnet - Bread - the mainnet experience - what people should be paying attention to as Miden gets closer to launch One question I found particularly interesting was: - What should people build on Miden? Gaylord pointed towards areas like programmable payments and finance, DeFi projects and especially ideas that can take advantage of what makes Miden different from other chains. - He also mentioned microfinance as an interesting area to explore. The point wasn’t that builders have to focus only on finance. Even something like games could be interesting, even if that’s not currently the main focus, especially if someone finds a way to use Miden’s unique capabilities in a way other chains can’t easily replicate. That part stuck with me. Because as mainnet gets closer, the question becomes less about what Miden can technically do and more about what people will actually build with it. And from everything discussed on the Space, mainnet is shaping up to be an exciting phase for builders and users. There’s a lot to look forward to.
