Case Alert; the COA of Appeal set aside the decision of the High Court in Kafumba Vs. Attorney General. Several issues on Res Judicata, Causes under Art.50, etc are canvassed. Sad thing is it a suit filed in 2001 and now COA has ordered a retrial. We repress the Appellant

Today, the constitutional Court dismissed CP. No.43/15, against the AG of Uganda and the Kyabazinga of Busoga, William Wilberforce Nadhiope, who we, together with messrs. Luganda Aex and Kafuko Ntuyo.
