I think it's interesting we found out the identity of this man so fast. It made me think of a similar story, a few years ago, also in France. In July 2020 a man set three fires inside the 15th-century Cathedral of Saint-Pierre et Saint-Paul in Nantes, destroying the great organ and severely damaging the interior. Fortunately, no one was hurt. Images of the fire and resulting damage are posted below. He was a volunteer warden entrusted with the keys. French media quickly identified him only as “Emmanuel A.” - a name that could easily have belonged to a good-stock Frenchman, funnily enough. He was quickly identified as a foreigner, though, in the media. Emmanuel Abayisenga was a Rwandan. An ethnic Hutu, he lived in Rwanda when his people carried out the infamous genocide, in 1994, against the Tutsis. It's alleged that his father was put to death and posthumously convicted as a génocidaire and that a paternal uncle received a life sentence. Abayisenga (pictured below, meeting Pope Francis) had entered France illegally in 2012. His asylum claims were rejected repeatedly and he received multiple orders to leave the territory. Of course, none were enforced, for some reason. He presented himself as a devout Catholic, served at Mass, and gained the trust of the local diocese. After the fire he was questioned and released. Forensic evidence (fire accelerants and CCTV) later forced his rearrest and he confessed to the crime. He spent roughly ten months in pre-trial detention before being released under judicial supervision in May–June 2021 and placed with the Montfort Missionaries in the Vendée. Father Olivier Maire (pictured bellow), the 60-year-old provincial superior, personally offered him housing and practical help. In the night of 8–9 August 2021, roughly a year after the cathedral arson and shortly after Abayisenga left a psychiatric hospital, Father Maire was beaten to death inside the community residence. An autopsy recorded at least six lesions to the head from violent blows with a blunt object, producing fatal brain trauma. Abayisenga turned himself in the next morning and confessed. He was later sentenced to four years for the arson (with a finding of altered discernment) and, in 2026, to thirty years for the murder, plus a permanent ban from French territory. This is the predictable result of a policy that treats failed asylum claims and removal orders as optional. (Not to speak even of a border policy that allows these savages inside our countries in the first place.) Compound this with the norm of releasing people who have already confessed to serious crimes. Remember Father Olivier Maire. Remember the traitors who allowed his killer to walk free, in France. Mercy to the wicked is cruelty to the virtuous.

I'm repulsed by the comments to this post by traitorous Irishmen who have no concern for their own kin, in their own country. They would sell their country in a generation to Asia and Africa. This is not isolated to Ireland, of course. Traitors abound in all of Europe and their deeds shall never be forgotten, nor forgiven.

You have to realize that modern conservatism is just the outward projection of moral superiority. They don't actual care about improving people's lives.

As this picture sugests, the growth in the Catholic population of Norway is directly connected to the replacement of the native people of the country via mass migration. According to an article (katolsk.no/tro/tema/kirken/c…), already in the 1990s, more than 60% of the Catholic population of the country was foreign-born. Keep in mind that the term foreign-born doesn’t include second- or third-generation immigrants, so the relevant number is probably higher. These days, more than half of Catholics hail from just two countries, Poland and Lithuania, while a notable share of the rest come from various other continents. Norway’s entry into the Faith will come through the baptism of its people, not foreigners.
