Wow. It’s 2024 and I’ve just had to crawl along the floor of this LOT Polish airline to get to the toilet during a flight back from Warsaw as “we don’t have onboard wheelchairs. It’s airline policy”. If you’re disabled and you can’t walk this is just discriminatory.

Daniel is 18 years old Sunday. A gentler soul you will never meet. He has no friends as he won’t leave home and can’t work. Autism does that to you. Please wish him a happy birthday and RT everywhere . ❤️#happybirthdaydaniel

And it’s finished! This was a huge challenge as I wanted to create the stainless steel effect with only pastel pencils.

I’ll be exhibiting this alongside other work @DunmowArtGroup Exhibition on 6/7th October at St. Mary’s Church, Dunmow.
This hammer-beam angel is a collagraph I cut and printed in various shades but I especially like this chiaroscuro effect, with the angel emerging from the darkness.

I’ll be showing this @DunmowArtGroup #exhibition and have two versions of this #collagraph #print. In addition to this green portrait format, I’ll also include a striking red one in landscape format, because the #dahlia fills the aperture and can be enjoyed either way.
