Another one gone, I think that is nearly twenty now that have gone. Twenty elections that will have to be rerun because Reform is unable to vet it candidates.
I am pleased to see that Reform have suspended Ben Rowe.
However, he should never have been on the ballot paper – having shared vile Islamophobia and antisemitism.
There remain serious questions about how he was ever chosen as a candidate; why it has taken three weeks to suspend him; and why Reform did not condemn his comments when they came to light before he was elected.
Reform’s local leadership have still not condemned his vile views, and I am calling on Cllr Steve Ricketts to unequivocally condemn them today.

He won't answer questions about his £5m gift. He walked away from Sky News. He dismissed a reporter at his own Havering victory press conference. He refused Newsnight, Politics Live and Kuenssberg in the same week.
Now he's alleging his private records were hacked and he's considering legal action. He may also need to fight a by-election in Clacton.

Interesting that Charles Latchford, Deputy Leader of Reform UK in Birmingham wasn’t honest on his campaign materials.
He said as a Junior Doctor that he saw the “devastating consequences of Tory failure”.
What he didn’t say is that he stood for them in the 2018 local elections.
