claude code, whisper flow.
someone in my community was paying a stranger on upwork to build something that takes 10 minutes of talking. so here is the whole thing, no gatekeeping.
download the claude code app. you need the app, idk wtf a terminal is
files → open folder → new folder. name it after the thing you want to stop doing yourself. that folder IS the project. everything lives in it — how it works, what you like, what you don't, what the ui should look like. when the chat dies, the folder is what survives.
fable 5.1 for thinking and logic, ultracode on. that's the smartest setup.
writing copy? sonnet 4.6 or an older opus instead. fewer blocks, cheaper usage.
watch it. at 70% say: "give me a new prompt so i can continue this in a new chat, same knowledge, continue from where we left off."
if it hits 100 it compacts on its own and you lose what you were working on. all you're left with is what's in the folder. that's why the folder matters.
new? run it in plan mode first so it tells you what it's about to do. once you trust it, auto.
whisper flow, free plan. hit dictate and talk. you'll explain more in 60 seconds of talking than 20 minutes of typing.
this is the actual brief i gave it, out loud, for outsourcing support emails:
"i run an ecommerce brand and i want to completely outsource customer support emails. they come in through gmail. i have the sop my current va uses and a bunch of past emails i can give you. use fable 5 for the thinking and a cheap model to execute. build me a dashboard that handles the emails and lets me view and manage all of it. let me approve the first ones myself until it's trained enough to run without me. emails should read like a real person wrote them and send through gmail. wait at least five minutes before replying to anyone. give it access to shopify and my supplier — through shopify it should refund customers, check order status and tracking. through whatsapp it should message my supplier directly to chase a specific order, per ticket."
that's it. hit return. it builds. you sit there and wait for it to ask you things.
there's a tool you like? take the url, paste it in, tell it that's the example. i used reamaze for support for years and it cost too much, so i gave claude the url and it rebuilt the part i actually used.
when it asks for an api key or a gmail oauth and you don't know what that means, say exactly that: "i don't know what that is, give me the url to get there, or take over my browser and do it yourself."
moving around? "activate remote control so i can continue from my phone."
supabase, railway, vercel. i genuinely don't know the difference between them and i don't need to — claude picks based on what you're building. supabase hosts the project and gives you the url for the dashboard. railway does separate private projects. we use all three depending.
one dashboard running my ad account. metrics cockpit, briefs with the primary text sitting next to the numbers, creative pipeline for uploading ads, editor onboarding stages, support tickets, comment moderation, email recovery.
atria for the metrics. triple whale for the briefs. rapid ads for the pipeline. reamaze for support. notion for the stages.
two hours.
rip triple whale — get your meta api key, have it build the app, connect it, manage your ad account from your own dashboard.
rip atria — log in, give claude your browser, say "rip all of this but make it better." the analytics and launch section is the part worth having. that's literally all i did.
the real unlock isn't any of these builds. it's noticing what you do by hand every week and refusing to either do it again or pay someone else to. open claude code, talk at it, done.
if you'd rather just watch a quick 10 min video of me doing this myself, here's the link:

looking to hire a ecom video editor. need good experience, preferably someone from EcomTalent.

The brain compresses everything it sees into patterns because processing is expensive, and whatever breaks a pattern gets an involuntary attention spike. A furry at the grocery store. A nigga like mw who builds funnels telling you his work playlist is olivia dean and amy winehouse. You stop and stare before you decide to.
Send any operator an email titled "Payouts on hold" and watch. Instant panic, and the click happens before the thought fully does. That's what you're building into the click me ads on purpose.
Building one:
- pick ONE person as the avatar, an actual individual
- sit in their comment sections and their subreddits (if you have direct language from them via surveys, comments, emails, better), 30 minutes minimum, until you find the label they give THEMSELVES. not the label you'd give them
- amplify the pain hard. P.I.G
- open a loop and refuse to close it. Zeigarnik effect. the brain grips unfinished business way tighter than finished
Make-them-buy ads are for traffic that already knows the category or the solution.
Solution-aware traffic is the comparison play. They already trust Ozempic or Adderall or a knee brace, so you go your product vs that. Split screen, your benefits against its downsides. Scales easy if you pick the right competitor.
Product-aware means they know products like yours exist, so the ad's only job is killing objections before they form. kill the price doubt with a discount, the trust doubt with science, the risk doubt with a warranty.
Get the interrupt, hold the loop, let them choose the click.
ind the thing every product does that no ad ever mentions, the boring manufacturing step, the ingredient everybody shares, the process nobody claims
easy win is just to find something that everyone already holds as a belief/”common knowledge” whether its through culture, society, science, whatever the other ones are and then connect your product/mechanism to it
if I just show you a girl in a bikini on instagram, over time you get comfortable, then a girl shaking ass, then porn on your twitter, and you never agreed to any of it, the feed just walked your tolerance up one notch at a time until the extreme thing felt normal.
that same machine is running on your goals and your taste and your definition of a good life so if you don't control your inputs you're someone's slave, building a life that was pushed upon you by whoever paid to be in your feed that day.
what worked for me was going starvation mode on inputs, then reverse engineering propaganda onto myself in a positive direction. propagate yourself. feed yourself the podcasts, books, etc. that points you in a direction you want to go in
no matter what your being influenced
For a year and a half i slept from 2am to 5am, no social media, no music, walked everywhere I went, and none of it felt like discipline because I knew exactly what season I was in.
trench season. pure execution, eight to fourteen hour days of misguided inputs, everything not aligned with the goal which ruthlessly removed.
then made a little bit of cash, and got under the impression I had moved into a “leverage season”. one to two hours of deep work a day, sometimes less, and the rest analysis, long walks, reading books because I was under the impression that machine would continue running and my job was to point it.
I was incorrect. Went broke lol
so now before I plan anything I ask myself the ruthless question:
at what point will doing more of this yield diminishing returns?
Usually i don’t know so I’ve decided that just means we need to do more and remove everything that isn’t aligned with that goal
The 3 hours of sleep, no music, walking everywhere did eventually yield diminshing returns after the foundation was laid btw. If your gay/don’t currently like who you are right now I recommend you do this until you don’t recognize yourself
a student on our calls scaled to $40k days in about a month and his entire research system was texting customers. every single day + xitter.cf/JuggMotion/status/2088… this and all he'd ask was why they bought, what they were dealing with before, how they felt when it showed up, like a basic conversation bro with a nice AI recorded added
with this product huge learning was that it wasn’t really about showing the features, but about the emotion of receiving/gifting the product which was really interesting learning
facebook hate comments, customer complaints, calling customers, pps, all these areas hide optimizations for your ads landers supplementary/new products but for some reason most ppl just focus on reading reddit all day
here’s how to get unlimited ads

open ended questions 👇
1. Before you found {BRAND}, what were you using to deal with {PROBLEM} — and why wasn't it working?
Extracts: current/prior solution awareness, sophistication level, competitor failures, exact language describing the gap. Powers the "others have failed you" ad angle.
2. Walk me through what was actually happening in your life when you realized you needed to do something different. What was going on?
Extracts: the inciting event, the breaking point moment, the external circumstances they blame. Powers the before-state hook and the catalyst story.
3. What does {CATEGORY_BEHAVIOR} actually look like for you — what does it feel like in your body, your mind, and how does it affect the people around you?
Extracts: physical symptoms, emotional symptoms, relational consequences. Surfaces the sensory language ad body copy needs to make them feel seen in the first 3 seconds.
4. What had you tried before that you thought might help but didn't — and what was missing?
Extracts: failed alternatives, competitor weaknesses in their own words, sophistication level, why they're still looking. Powers authority depositioning.
5. What made you decide to try {BRAND} specifically — what was it that finally made you click?
Extracts: the decisive conversion trigger (mechanism, guarantee, specific review, dosing, angle). Tells you exactly what's closing sales and what should lead every ad.
6. If a close friend asked you why {PROBLEM} was this bad for you, what would you tell her — whose fault is it, really?
Extracts: blame attribution in their own words. Tells you the external force they're blaming so copy can shift blame to the same target they're already using.

9. Is there anything about your life, what you've been going through, or what you've been feeling that you feel like most people don't understand or talk about?
Extracts: hidden, unvoiced pain — the thing they've never seen reflected back to them in an ad. The desire that cannot yet be put bluntly into words.
10. How would you describe {BRAND} to a friend who's never heard of it — what would you actually say to her?
Extracts: natural sales language, the exact words used unprompted, benefit hierarchy in their own mind. Powers UGC scripts, testimonial copy, and word-of-mouth ads.
11. What made you almost NOT try [brand]?
Extracts: Objections, gaps in understanding / marketing.
Look at what ad they converted by looking at the id, landing page (if running advertorials, listicles, offers, etc)
Quiz funnels work good as well, use Claude code to make them yourself & build the backend to collect all the data
add ugc creators into a big community & pay them a nice affiliate + incentivize through status & games for free content - product cost
every raise is triggered by output, so nobody is in your DMs negotiating a bump, the program quietly self-selects for the ones who actually post, and the dead weight just sits at 3% costing you basically nothing.
i’d tell you to use uppromote, social snowball, or shopify collabs but most of you could prob do a nice voicenote into wispr and build something better that integrates with the system
remove every excuse to not post. we have a notion hub with youtube examples of good content, SOPs, and ready to use prompts, so a brand new affiliate can produce not horrible videos & a good one can produce better ones
have CarlBot auto-assign a role per tier & require an intro message so it builds friendships n all that stuff
its very cool to see at a decent scale but pay close attention as one person talking shit can grow very quickly, they do DM in private
you can just do this with anything btw with paid ads & a good offer. I accidentally built a clipping community and added 1,500 people in the first 3 days running same overall structure so yeah be creative bro
everyone defines “winning ad” differently but once you start hiring that term becomes important to define so you can properly incentize your team
for example, winner becomes ad that spend >$500 at ~$30 CPA
scale up more, raise the bar
I’ve got a store that runs with one big bid cap, image ads, and a media buyer who uploads ~50 new ones a week and its very nice easy money nonchalant
consistently see that devoting 100% of yourself to a single endeavor leads to a mental struggle/collapse once achieved if chosen incorrectly
