Carney will not be at the Opening of Parliament. He isn’t acting like a Prime Minister at all; he’s acting like a king. No parliamentary input, no debate, just proclamation after proclamation. It’s as if democracy is nothing more than an irritant to him.

Carney once said and I quote:
“We should be taking into account the impact of our flying on the planet now and that’s pushing up the tax on flying. You push up the tax on flying, you push up the cost on transport, and that’s in part what putting a price on carbon is.”
He doesn’t care if air travel costs more for Canadians. He cares about his agendas and investors. The regulations Carney puts in place for this deal will benefit those investing far more than they will everyday Canadians. He screwed us over on this.
