The debate around identity and protecting gender rights is complicated. People deserve so much better than this kind of flippant disregard.

Voice cracks are NORMAL. Mortifying at the time maybe, but something to 🤷🏼♂️ about after. Every singer has them. It’s how you know when your voice is tired, or when you need to use technique, but what’s more, it’s how you show you’re human and YOU AIN’T MIMING

Want to know more about Dutch music? Come to @DutchCentre on 21/6 for an evening about composer Harry Bannink. He composed over 3,000 songs, a lot of them became Dutch evergreens. I'll be talking to Bannink-experts @gijgro and @SanneGTh; @AnoukScheep and @JsVeninga will sing!
