This is the truth about Drake Maye: • He won 17 games in his second season, in a year where his preseason win total was 8.5. • He took his team to the Super Bowl in Year 2. • He finished 2nd in MVP voting, again, in his second season. Season review: • 4,394 passing yards • 31 passing TDs • 8 INTs • 113.5 passer rating Did he have the most outstanding performance against the best defense in football in the Super Bowl? No. Was he even supposed to be anywhere near this game? Also no. People are so quick to want to “have a conversation” about players that it’s almost comical. This kid will do what he’s done his entire life: reflect, respond, and overcome. He will be back.

Patriots fans, listen up: I have evaluated over 530 draft prospects from 2021-2024. I have never had more confidence in a prospect than Drake Maye. He is the hero that New England needs and now has. If you’re going to judge my reputation on 1 player - let it be this kid.
