Can anyone point me in the direction of physio gurus in Postural Care / Contracture prevention & management in the UK or Ireland?
Great to see updated NICE guidelines recognising the importance of rehabilitation following a stroke. Well done and thank you for your contribution @NicolaMoran8
People who have had a stroke should be offered additional rehabilitation, according to updated guidance from NICE.
New evidence suggests that a minimum of 3 hours of rehabilitation per day over 5 days should be provided.

Did you know that being discharged from hospital might save a life?
It allows the sickest patients to be admitted and treated appropriately.
Please work with us to help save more lives by making as many hospital beds as possible available to those most in need.

A timely discharge is good for the person leaving hospital, good for the person who needs that specialty bed, good for the person on ED who needs into hospital, good for the person in an ambulance waiting for ED and good for person in the community waiting for an ambulance #flow
