Amendment 87 is being sold as: “97% of Coloradans get a tax cut.” Technically? That’s largely true at the start. But that’s also the bumper-sticker version of a much bigger rewrite of Colorado’s tax system. So let’s talk about the part that doesn’t fit in the campaign text message. Colorado currently has a 4.4% flat income tax. Amendment 87 replaces that with six marginal brackets: • 3.7% up to $25K • 4.2% to $100K • 4.4% to $500K • 7.4% to $750K • 7.9% to $1M • 8.4% above $1M Important: those are marginal rates. Someone making $550K does NOT pay 7.4% on all $550K. According to the state’s analysis, you don’t start paying more overall until around $510,834 in Colorado taxable income. The maximum tax cut? About $325 a year. Roughly $27 a month. Meanwhile, the state expects the new system to generate about $1.97 BILLION in additional revenue in the first full year. So where’s the catch? Here’s where things get interesting. The brackets are NOT indexed to inflation. That means the dollar thresholds stay put while incomes generally rise over time. So someone nowhere near the higher brackets today could eventually creep into them simply because wages rise over the next 10, 15 or 20 years. No new ballot measure. No dramatic tax-hike vote. The thresholds just sit there while your paycheck keeps moving. That is probably the single biggest thing voters need to understand. There’s also a marriage penalty built into the structure because the brackets don’t double for married couples filing jointly. It also doesn’t just hit “millionaire salaries.” Business owners with pass-through income can get caught in the higher brackets. Sell a business? Sell investment property? Have a huge one-time capital gain? Congratulations, the tax code may decide you’re rich for the year. And this isn’t only an individual income-tax change. The corporate rate can also climb as high as 8.4%. Then there’s the spending side. The new money goes toward K-12 education, health care, and early childhood programs. But there isn’t some neat little formula saying: “40% here, 30% there, 30% over there.” The Legislature decides which qualifying programs actually get the money. And yes, there are reporting and audit requirements. One more thing: Amendment 87 permanently removes Colorado’s constitutional requirement for a flat income-tax rate. That does NOT mean lawmakers suddenly get unlimited authority to raise taxes whenever they feel like it. TABOR still matters. But this is a much larger structural change than: “Should rich people pay more?” That’s the part I think is getting buried. This isn’t secretly an immediate tax hike on everybody. That claim is garbage. But it also isn’t just: “Here’s your $325 tax cut. Have a nice day.” Voters are being asked to approve a completely different tax structure — one with fixed brackets, long-term bracket creep, business implications, marriage penalties, and a top rate nearly double what Colorado has now. You can still support it. You can still oppose it. Just know what the hell you’re actually voting on. Because “97% get a tax cut” is a sales pitch. The tax code is the fine print. #ColoradoPolitics #Amendment87

I can’t decide my favorite part. Was it … ➡️ When the commie called our ballot initiatives “human rights violations”? 😂 (still waiting for the UN to knock on my door) ➡️ When the man in a dress talked about the genitals of kindergartners? (could the ped0 vibes get any stronger?) ➡️ When they called cutting off a child’s healthy body parts “lifesaving”? (🙄) ➡️ When they called us a “dark money group”? (Can someone PLEASE tell me where to pick up the checks? I have no money. We’re being outspent TWENTY to one.) Please help us spread the word to vote YES, YES, YES on 133, 134 & 135 — and prove that a simple majority of Coloradans are not this stupid. 🙏🏻
Colorado Democrats, including State Rep. Brianna Titone, a MAN pretending to be a woman, published a video OPPOSING Props 134 & 135. These propositions would REQUIRE sex-segregated school sports and BAN the g*nital mutilation of children. They want to push radical gender ideology on children. VOTE YES on Prop 134 & 135

I have just completed what I believe to be the most comprehensive evaluation of Charlotte NC arrest records in history. This project has taken me 3 months to complete, combing through over 50,000+ arrest records and mugshots. I've found what appears to be massive fraud. Thousands of Hispanics have been labelled as "WHITE CAUCASIAN" in the arrest records... THOUSANDS. In fact, I found over 500 cases where Hispanics who were arrested more than once... had their "Ethnicity" CHANGED from "Hispanic" to "Caucasian" from one arrest to another. Horrifyingly, I found HUNDREDS of these "White Caucasians" were actually ILLEGAL ALIENS from foreign countries with ICE detainers. Perhaps most disturbing... Many of the illegal aliens who were labelled as "WHITE CAUCASIAN" had already been released back into the public, DESPITE the ICE detainer requesting they stay in prison. We have a serious problem.

She tied her two young children together in the basement. Then she threw her body on top of them. A tornado was heading straight for their home. When it hit, the house collapsed. Two steel beams crushed Stephanie Decker’s legs. Seven ribs broke. Her legs were almost completely severed. But underneath her were her two children. Alive. Then they realised something horrifying: Another tornado was coming. Stephanie couldn’t stand. Couldn’t run. Couldn’t free herself. So she pulled the blanket over her children, wrapped her arms around them and covered them with her broken body. Again. The second tornado passed. Neither child had even a scratch. Stephanie survived, but lost both legs. People called her a hero. She simply said: “I call myself a mom.”

Democrats just UNANIMOUSLY voted to reject Voter ID and a stock trading ban for Congress It’s this simple. If Democrats are opposing Voter ID and stock trading it’s because they’re rigging elections and getting rich insider trading Every one of them is treasonous and criminals

People who reject God just because of a bad experience are like people who reject the sun just because you once got a sun burn; you can try to live like the big ball of gas in the sky doesn't exist, but you'll do so while still living under its light and sustenance. Only a truly good God would allow such a ridiculous affront to His majesty. But not forever. Your time is running out. Repent and believe in Jesus.

If you listen to Cain, he will tell you that righteous Abel was the problem. If you listen to Potiphar’s wife, she will tell you that righteous Joseph was the wicked man. If you listen to Pharaoh, he will tell you that Moses was an enemy of the state. If you listen to Saul, he will tell you that loyal David was a traitor. If you listen to Haman, he will convince you that Mordecai was a dangerous enemy. If you listen to Ahab and Jezebel, they will tell you that Elijah, the prophet of God, was the troublemaker. If you listen to the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, they will tell you that the sinless Jesus was a blasphemer. If you listen to Judas Iscariot, he will find a way to justify betrayal. If you listen to Pontius Pilate, he will wash his hands while Truth stands directly in front of him. And if you listen to the world, do not be surprised when it calls righteousness evil and evil good. My friends, listen carefully: a lie does NOT become Truth simply because it is repeated loudly, confidently, or by powerful people. Be careful what you hear. Be careful whom you believe. Be careful whom you follow. Test everything by the Word of God. The world may condemn you for standing for Biblical Truth but the only verdict that ultimately matters is His!!! Stand firm. Stand faithful. And above all, listen to Jesus.

Communists like Yara want more of your money to indoctrinate kids! Here’s the facts in the school district she represents (my child-grooming, academically-failing district): Poudre School District chronically has fewer students, but more administration and more spending. From 2021–22 to 2025–26, enrollment fell by 808 students (-2.7%), while district administrators increased 5.9%. And since 2014–15, budgeted spending on general + school administration has risen from about $18.5M to $34.6M — an 87.5% nominal increase. EIGHTY SEVEN % SPENDING INCREASE. Fewer students. More bureaucracy. More spending. Yara is a liar who just wants more of your money to spend on her communist agenda.
Public schools in Colorado are chronically underfunded, but Prop NN on our ballot this year can change that. Make sure to vote YES on Prop NN this November 🏫

On Day 13, Pastor Greg focuses on compassion, kindness and forgiveness as described in Colossians 3:12-14. Today, think about how we have been forgiven by Christ & how that forgiveness drives our actions toward others. Pray for anyone in your life who you struggle to forgive.

All you have to do is control your borders and deport illegals. everyone knew this but democrats refused to admit it. and lots of people died because of it.
Trump has effectively decimated the drug trade, massively reducing drug overdose deaths, chiefly reducing fentanyl ODs by 54% from its peak prior to his inauguration. Prior to Trump’s inauguration, overdoses seemed poised to continue rising. Follow: @AFpost

CDC data show US drug overdose deaths (incl. fentanyl) peaked ~2022-2023 and declined sharply from mid-2023 onward, with the largest drops in 2024 before the Jan 2025 inauguration. Let’s talk Colorado fees and taxes. For a $50k new vehicle, your Specific Ownership Tax is $892.50 (50,000 × 85% × 2.1%). That’s BEFORE your ordinary registration fees and surcharges. This is just one example of how much Coloradans are being beat to death by taxes and fees. Now Dems want to keep your TABOR refunds this fall via Prop NN. Let’s review some more numbers of how much their revenue has increased over the years…. Revenue generated by Colorado fee-based enterprises grew from $742 million in FY1994 to $25.8 BILLION in 2024. It’s also estimated that 74% of state spending was TABOR-exempt in 2024, compared with 46% in 1996. Share this out and vote NO on Prop NN this fall. They don’t have a revenue problem, they have a spending problem.

Americans now pay more in taxes than they spend on food, clothing, and shelter combined. Think about that. Government has become so big and bloated that taxes cost more than life's basic necessities. Every American taxpayer should be outraged.

The top 0.1% paid $440 billion in federal income taxes. The bottom 80% paid $350 billion. Yes, the top 0.1% paid more than the entire bottom 80% COMBINED. The tax code is already extremely progressive. Leftists know this. There’s almost nothing left to extract from income. That’s why they’ve shifted the target from income to assets. They now want to expropriate asset owners through property taxes and wealth taxes. But even then, total confiscation would only fund the government for a few months, while destroying the productive capital that generates future wealth. Essentially, they’re trading the future for a few short months of spending. And no amount will ever satisfy them, because the real goal is to forbid wealth creation itself. No one is allowed to rise above the lowest common denominator. But the truth remains that the government already has more than enough revenue. We have a spending problem, not a revenue problem.
