Cowards in America right now are repeating history without even knowing it. "Why die for Danzig" or "Why die for Poland" is the slogan that fascist sympathizers repeated over and over after Hitler invaded Poland to start World War II.
Dictators do not give democracies a choice sometimes. It sucks but appeasing the Russians today will just make them stronger by the time they invade the next country on their list.
Stopping the Russians today in Ukraine is the best option that will save the most lives and PREVENT World War III. Ukraine holding is the only thing preventing World War III right now.
Much of my creative work over the past 5+ years has centered on trying to find light and hope in the face of darkness. That isn't changing - in fact, it's more important than ever.
I'm going to keep telling stories that try to inspire people to be better versions of themselves.

The Clark County Elections ballot drop box at the Fisher's Landing Transit Center was lit on fire this morning. Clark Co. Auditor Greg Kimsey says hundreds of ballots were inside at the time, the last pickup being 11AM Saturday. Full story here katu.com/news/local/vancouve… @KATUNews
