Don't forget giving privileged positions to people trying to subvert Bitcoin and requiring actual devs to pay 1 BTC to join as a normal member.

I mean if Christians just condemned borrowing altogether rather than usurious lending practices, the world would be a much different place. Sure, Jewish outgroup lending practices are abusive. But so what. Cry me a river. Stop borrowing dumbass!!!
Lots of “antisemitic” Christians condemn hypocritical Jews for their usurious goyim lending, but that’s only half the story The other half is that hypocritical Christians demonize usurious Christian lending while happily participate as borrower of usurious Jewish lending Idiots

Some melodies aren’t just meant to be heard, they can be experienced visually, too. Pachelbel’s “Canon in D” offers a captivating blend of music and visual beauty.

The XBT builders and users have a chance to do something extraordinary. The chances are small. But the taste of freedom excites the hell out of me :)

They will make spamcoin a globally systemically important part of the banking system that requires kyc mined coins, paving the way for taxation and inflation of the coins. The only way to avoid this outcome for Bitcoin is to tie miners back into block creating nodes.

I advise everyone buy at least 1 XBT. Risk: loose $300, potential: earn $10,000.

Thanks for the public announcement Pubby! and just to reiterate Luke: if you want to talk about the chain that forked itself off from Bitcoin by the big mining centralization, for sake of clarity, just refer to this death chain as it is, ie "spamcoin". This way there is no confusion. For example, spamcoin will die a slow agonizing death.
A BLAKE2b Hardfork morning. >wake up >open Discord chat >read new decrees set forth overnight >self-flagellate for your weakness >click online confession tab "Forgive me father for I have sinned." "Go on my son." "This week I accidentally referred to Bitcoin as Bitcoin and not Spamcoin as instructed." “You are forgiven. This time. Now go say an Our Father Luke, a Hail Kratter and a Glory Be to Mechanic.” 😂

They talk talk talk, no action. Just an audience, never a threat. Afraid to lose, not eager to build.

the health of a given society can be effectively measured by its "cost of capital" the greater amount of a societies indebtedness, the greater its uncertainty is of tomorrow, for in a land awash with uncertain promises, at any moment those promises may be broken. the greater amount of a societies cash reserves, the less is its uncertainty of tomorrow, for in a land stocked with certainty, there are no promises to worry about. cost of capital (interest rate) spectrum: < - - 125% - - -25% - - - 0% - - - (25%) - - - (125%) - - > destitution - poverty - sanity - maturity - type I society as our lending rates fall below zero, meaning that in aggregate people are actively seeking out uses for their money, we will see actual "stock investment" where the investor is personally impacting the use of his money to build something he actually wants - this is not to be confused with the stonk market investors of today whom are just larping as investors when in actuality they are using the market as a poorly designed monetary network (unbeknownst to them of course since they are entirely illiterate on the topic thanks to their debt printing overlords, lol). above in the illustrative cost of capital spectrum I have indicated a negative interest rate of 125% whereby we achieve a Kardashev Type I status. Again, obviously the rates are illustrative, we might not achieve type I status without a rate of -200% or maybe sooner at a rate of -10% for example. time will tell. Cc: @saifedean for pioneering this idea! 🧡🙏

for the etymologically illiterate folks... "profit" is latin for progress "prophet" is greek for spokesperson
Bitcoin was perfect from its start, from its foundation, from its first immaculate block; an unspendable cornerstone enshrining the unworkable and unacceptable practice of the chancellor to simply print more, that going forward the ledger shall be public and permissionless and fixed for any honest participant. The only actions taken since have been and will continue to be the building upon and adherence of this premise. There will be no compromise. There will be no negotiation to the contrary. We, honest nodes, are not going back, there is no going back. There is no alternative. There are no other ideas to consider. You can laugh about it. You can cry about it. You can kill us or rob us or imprison us all you want, and all this achieves is the strengthening our resolve. There is no means of stopping what we are building. And we have no obligation to explain ourselves. We are not a charity. We are simply men of honor and purpose and of an unflinching certainty of our commitment to this cathedral’s construction. Your children’s children will continue our work when we are gone and forgotten. There are no two ways about it. Join us and prosper or meet your just and deserved and unavoidable annihilation. If you want real profits (learn Latin) then humble yourselves to the words of the prophets (learn Greek). Bitcoin is dead, long live Bitcoin.

provided honest nodes run the network, there is no need for concern about block rewards, whether that is subsidies or fees. in the case of subsidies, that is simply a technical solution for removing seigniorage during the initial 120 year boot strap period (largely already over given the issuance halving process). in the case of fees, honest users will be happy to build blocks with zero fees, in fact we should expect fees to drop to zero as more honest users operate the network. the only need for any fee is in a case where a transaction must be concluded immediately. we can expect very few transactions with fees in the future. the reward of an orderly network is more than enough of a reward for honest users to build blocks and thereby keeping their savings in good health. of course all of this logic is entirely lost on anyone with a world view of scarcity and fear and zero sum competition, the same type of logic that people like @boomer_btc espouse, suggesting that there will be massive fee markets and block space will be scarce. the reality of bitcoin is a future of abundance and optimism and positive sum cooperation, where most of the time money won't be used in local transactions, as @knutsvanholm has begun to help elucidate. money is a tool to remove future uncertainty, once enough is collected by each individual it is mostly just stored for the unending future and passed on for generations by key exchange as a ceremonial coming of age without any need for an on-chain transaction. monetary exchange is something that strangers conduct infrequently for the purposes of building goods that further reduce future uncertainty, and if those goods are built well enough, they will last lifetimes, _and they will_ because the money utilized on the transaction will have lasted lifetimes. when money achieves its full potential, it will be of such great value that the benefit of trading it for anything else will require an equal or greater value. in an abundant future full of property rights, a families home will have been built generations ago and require days of maintenance a year, not weeks or months. their annual food will be effortlessly harvested in a matter of days, not weeks or months. their annual electricity needs will be provided locally with days worth of effort, not weeks or months. all of this achieved without spending any money. and this then leaves our model family with nearly all of the year for any amount of leisure or productive activities they so desire, all of which can be accomplished without spending any money, whether it is swimming, hiking, camping, athletic sport, fishing, hunting, dancing, singing, or any myriad of such activities, again, all without the need to spend any money whatsoever. perhaps the family has an aptitude for building or designing something. this too can be accomplished without the need to spend any money. but if for some reason money is needed to spend, surely this family will be of such low time preference they would happily wait a day or a week to have their transaction secured by the block chain without paying a fee, for there will be a global base of similar families running similar nodes and home miners that will have their block template set to zero fee block building, because what is good for one is good for all in this positive sum network that we are building.
No… given Bitcoin’s monetary purpose and design, Spam fees introduce incoherent signals to the system and make it more expensive to use Bitcoin for Money than it would be otherwise with less/zero Spam. This is common sense economics and BitThereans don’t get it. Sad.

Not sure what else there is to say… Core and the SHA256 Cartel have had 3+ years to course correct (if not longer) and they show zero signs of doing so. Fortunately, Bitcoiners are still trying “to win” the monetary competition via BLAKE2b.
