My thoughts on $ZK | @PolyhedraZK recent fundraise, along with my price prediction and trading strategy on its launch: ▫️ Yesterday, they raised another $20M at $1B valuation from T1 VCs like Polychain Capital, Hashkey Capital, and Animoca Brands. This brings the total to $45M raised at $1B valuation: ▫️ We know, the crypto market, especially new projects, are heavily influenced by VCs, and the more funds invested by them, the higher the FDV at which the project is likely to launch. This is bullish for $ZK As confirmed by an OKX article on the $ZK jumpstart on their platform, the total supply is 1B tokens of $ZK. 👉 So, the data we have for $ZK is: - Valuation: $1B - Total supply: 1B $ZK tokens ▫️ The question is, at what FDV will $ZK launch ? To determine this, I compare $ZK to the last Tier 1 Binance-backed project, $STRK, which launched at a $35B valuation. [ However, note that $STRK raised $282M at an $8B valuation and only achieved a 4x increase from the valuation at which they raised funds at launch ] ▫️ Based on my calculations, the highest $ZK can launch at is a $35B FDV, which is a 35x increase from its current valuation of $1B.
