Zcash turns 10 on October 28, so I made it a short film.
Private by Default: 3½ minutes, and every spoken word comes from a decade of Zcon talks. No narration.
Money made of glass → zero-knowledge proofs → shielded by default.
The film doesn't skip the hard part. In 2018, ~85% of Zcash transactions never touched the shielded pool, and only ~1% were fully private. Then came Sapling, mobile proofs, and shielded by default wallets like Zashi. Shielded supply went from ~200K to 1.2M+ ZEC.
Privacy is normal.

Claude’s “20x” tier is the biggest illusion in AI pricing right now.
You pay double for the $200 tier expecting a massive 4x leap from the 5x plan, but that multiplier only applies to 5-hour rolling bursts. The actual weekly cap? Barely a 1.5x to 2.5x bump.

The WinRAR makes more profit than OpenAI post is everywhere right now and somehow nobody's asking why that's a meaningless comparison.
All it tells you is OpenAI posted a loss this year. Losing money isn't rare when a company is spending on purpose to grow faster.
By that logic your local laundromat is also outperforming a $500B company. So is a lemonade stand. So is a kid's summer mowing business.
Comparing the two makes no sense. WinRAR clears roughly $ 20-40M a year on basically zero overhead. OpenAI is projected to lose $14B this year while trying to out-spend every competitor on earth.
