What did you fail at this year? Let's normalize failure as a learning process and celebrate stumbling, failing, and messing it up. I often learn more from failure than success in the laboratory of ideas. In my first year, humbled by being a CEO here are a couple of stumbles:
- Lost a fiscal sponsor in the 11th hour just weeks before our first launch. Unfortunately, I hadn't put a backup option on the table.
- I led an impassioned two-hour workshop and forgot to create any way for folks to learn more/ contact us.
- I napped a lot - That wasn't a mistake. It drove the performance of R&R in ways I couldn't have imagined.
