You couldn't make it up!
@DICKS in Evansville, IN & Independence, MO have ZERO, absolutely ZERO adult shirts of ANY national team during the biggest sporting event the US has hosted in 32 years @FIFAWorldCup
Not even a size 1 mini WC ball available 😮😮😮
Imagine this in 🏴👀
Gutted to be missing the days play Friday @TrentBridge with @englandcricket thanks to a days delay in our planned flights from the US. Will have to hold out until Thursday at @Edgbaston to get my cricketing fix! 🏏🏏🏏 – at Speedway, IN
Amazes me that you cannot travel east of Loughborough from B'ham via train after 8:30 on a weekday evening. Trying to get to Ely/Cambridge on Thursday May 29th following England v West Indies at Edgbaston @CrossCountryUK Any chance of an additional service between 9 and 10PM? – at Illinois, USA
25k spectators @Edgbaston for @englandcricket and we have a rail network that does not seem fit for purpose. Can @CrossCountryUK at least acknowledge the above either way?
Some collaboration between the above stakeholders would be great for a more positive supporter experience. – at Illinois, USA
Can barely believe it is 20 years today since @HistonFC won promotion from @SouthernLeague1 to @TheVanaramaNL South. That single Kendo goal on the final day against @ChipTownFC led to a memorable afternoon infront of over 1000 at The Bridge. 🔴⚫️🔴⚫️
#AllTogetherNow #Amarillo – at Illinois, USA
Absolutely scandalous!
Many, many great memories have come from Cup replays & to see this opportunity go would be outrageous.
As ever, all to support those in the PK whilst EFL & Non-League sides are left to wonder what could have been from potentially season changing events.
FA statement on changes to the Emirates FA Cup
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
An EFL Statement has said:
"The agreement [...] was agreed solely between the Premier League and FA. Ahead of the deal being announced there was no agreement with the EFL nor was there any formal consultation with EFL Clubs"

to celebrate yesterdays win…we’ve noticed we are at 7,902 followers - can we get to 8,000 before season ends on the 20th April?
if we do then admin is sure we can arrange some sort of gift for our 8,000th follower & something for someone who RTs this picked at random

I may be bias, but I'm not too sure @lucyfrazermp comes across very well here 🤐
Govt says there’s evidence of bias at the #BBC ?
But Culture Sec @lucyfrazermp can't quite find the words or examples…

Great to listen in to @RadioDiamonds this evening with The #Stutes hosting their first pre-season fixture at Bridge Road.

Preperations step up a notch tonight!
Hope that visitors enjoy the changes made around the ground during the summer break, plenty of hard graft put in by my colleagues and many of our fine volunteers 👏

An absolutely great servant to the game and a character that should be very sorely missed. Unsure you will see many with the genuine personality that he has, both on and off the pitch.
PGMOL would like to place on record its recognition of Mike’s achievements as well as his immense contribution to refereeing. We thank him for his dedication to the organisation and wish him every success for the future.

Histon Reserves are seeking opponents for a pre-season fixture at Bridge Road on Wednesday August 2nd.
We are ideally looking for @CambsLeague sides from Senior A or Div 1. Email josh.few@histonfc.co.uk
Thanks 👍
Seems to be that plenty of local clubs are determined to win promotion with the squads they have pulled together in mid June.
Very content with what @Key501Key has thus far, plenty of time to add a couple of new faces with 6 weeks still to go.
Squads back in on June 26th 👍
Dissapointed that we did not jump in ahead of @VancityReynolds & @Wrexham_AFC to snag a deal with @united
With my families regular custom I am sure we can arrange something a little more low key, right? 🤔
DM's are open, let's be United!

A majority of people have said they don’t want it, businesses are showing they clearly don’t want it, a major union is against it. Yet still the CCC & GCP dictatorship want the STZ. There is only one conclusion, they want to deliberately destroy Cambridge @GreaterCambs @jfgcomms
