I am proud to announce that the @msulibraries redesigned website is now live! lib.msu.edu Designed to meet the needs of our users, the new site features improvements to the architecture, navigation, functionality, and overall look-and-feel. (1/8)

I'm extremely grateful to Kevin, Sruthin, Shelby, Shel, and Jenny for their hard work and dedication to this research and design process. Our systems teams have been integral to this project as well - we have some serious rock stars up here on the 4th floor. (7/8)

We aren't done - there is plenty more to research, monitor, troubleshoot, tweak, and fix. It's a pleasure to work with this team, and I'm looking forward to what we do together next! (8/8)

Held a website redesign focus group this afternoon, and one of our participants sent us the internet archive page of @msulibraries first website: web.archive.org/web/19970628… We've come a long way since 1997, and we've got a great opportunity to work on what comes next...

XA333's semester is done! I'm grateful for the resilience, creativity, and hard work of our students during less-than-ideal circumstances for teaching/learning UX work. Thanks to @crmcardle for the opportunity to work with these students - I can't wait to see what they do next!

Sprint 1 for "Drupal Team" @msulibraries is done! We are still finding our way a bit (what a crazy burndown chart), but we got a lot accomplished that really sets us up well for future Sprints. Sprint planning on Tuesday and Sprint 2 begins Wednesday!

Our new scrum team a.k.a. "Drupal Team" begins our first sprint next week... Excited to serve as product owner for this team, focusing on front-end design and development for @msulibraries!
