A well regulated community, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to contract and establish charters, shall not be infringed.

Israeli politician Moshe Feiglin says Jewish morality requires "wiping out" Gaza and the West Bank.
Q: "Is it a Jewish point of view to like wipe out all of Gaza…and annex the West Bank?"
Israeli politician Moshe Feiglin: "100 percent."
Feiglin adds that all "Arabs" in Gaza—including babies—are the "enemy," not simply Hamas.
"Every child, every baby in Gaza is an enemy," Feiglin said explicitly last year. "The enemy is not Hamas."

You're missing the core drama of the story: Tristan is softly accusing OpenAI of having stolen their result from Codex chat logs.
Tristan then claims OpenAI tried to threaten him to not publicly disclose this, and that they'd give him the Clay Prize ($1M) as the "closest humans to the problem" if he'd agree to disavow his co-author, @__alpoge__ , who is at Anthropic.
This is HBO-level drama, but with math proofs.
I wrote this post to advocate for the Clarity Act. If this is not passed before recess then I think we should address the following concerns of law enforcement between now and when the bill finally comes up for a vote.

9. The legislature should distinguish anti-evasion language from a new liability standard
Problem: A common-control amendment prevents sham decentralization; a compensation-or-facilitation amendment instead expands financial-institution treatment to actors who may exercise no control over assets.
Solution: Adopt the narrow anti-evasion fix while rejecting compensation or generalized facilitation as standalone disqualifiers.
Action: @patrickjwitt should separate these proposals and support only amendments that prevent evasion without destroying protection for genuinely noncontrolling developers.

Being angry at Fauci or being angry at Israel isn’t productive anymore. The anger is justified, but without real accountability it’s just wasted energy—unless it’s directed effectively into a pursuit for positive change.
Trump won in 2024 because most Americans understood that wars in the Middle East are bad for the U.S. & that COVID was a crime against humanity. He built a historic coalition that promised, with conviction, that voting for Trump meant we’d get accountability, no more foolish wars, & an administration that would actually put America first.
Instead, we have a new war in the Middle East and Trump announcing he’ll honor Fauci’s pardon.
This is all infuriating, but don’t let it demoralize you—because it’s also clarifying.
We can declassify documents, stage hearings, and post talking points on the internet all day. But none of it matters when we have a justice system that refuses to deliver genuine, bipartisan accountability, impartial to political influence from any direction.
Right now, Trump has the ultimate power to pursue that accountability, and he’s choosing not to. That tells you everything you need to know.
We know who will hide behind performative outrage about Fauci, Iran, or the Deep State while taking no real action in efforts to shield their political careers—and we know who will actually stand up, fight, & tell the truth, no matter how uncomfortable the consequences may be.
The problem isn’t the War Machine, foreign interests trying to push us into war, or the Deep State & their pathetic apparatchiks like Fauci seeking to control us.
The problem is putting our faith in leaders, again and again, who lack the courage to fight them.

BREAKING: The White House just agreed to ethics language covering Trump himself in the CLARITY Act, with DOJ enforcement instead of state AGs 🏛️.
This could be the deal that finally gets crypto's biggest bill to a Senate floor vote.

Coinbase’s guardrails are built to keep out scammers, but they do nothing to change the math of the casino.
