Is there an advantage to a banana kick in this situation? Like, is it better that it went straight to that guy and not the guy over in the corner?

What the fuck? Why hasn’t anyone pointed this out to me before?
As an Australian, I have never heard that name in my life.
I admittedly know next to nothing about cricket, Aussie rules football, or rugby, but I have a question for the Australians out there:
Is it fair to put Alexander Volkanovski in the pantheon of Australia’s greatest athletes, alongside legends like Rod Laver and Ian Thorpe?
Because from where I’m sitting, Volk has earned his place in that conversation.
While I’ve got a few eyeballs on this throwaway tweet, might as well plug my @MusicBrownlow page. Speaking of all-time great Australian athletes, we’re about to run the Grand Final of the #ErinPhillipsMedal to decide the best song sung by a woman.
Don’t reckon I’ve ever heard The Fauves on the local community radio station, and the bloke that’s on just hit us with a double play.
I tried explaining this scene to someone who had never even heard of The Rehearsal. That was a chore. Dunno why I even bothered.
I was dirty that we didn’t get Blakey to begin with, but I don’t want him now. I’m not even sure he’s what we need on the field. I want a lock down defender that gets the pill himself three or four times a game if that’s still a thing.
I guarantee this will be streamed on X the everything app
The U.S. military plans to livestream the execution of Nidal Hasan, the ex-Army major who was convicted of the 2009 killing of 13 people at Fort Hood, when he faces a firing squad on Dec. 3, a Pentagon official said.
Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said earlier Thursday the Pentagon planned to make the execution public.
Hasan's case could mark the military's first execution of an American service member since 1961.
Ok? So pay by bank transfer then. Takes five seconds if you have the details.
