We can automatically upgrade our squad by getting rid of Gomez, Tsimikas, Endo and Chiesa.

Mac Allister has been by far our best midfielder so far this season. Definitely had a poor season last year but he's been great so far. Sign Camara in January and Scott in the summer.

Not only did Wirtz score and create 2 chances, he won 7/8 duels. He also had 55 touches in 45 minutes. For comparison, Gravenberch had 57 touches in 90 minutes. Wirtz also made more passes than Gravenberch despite playing half the amount of minutes.

I think the #LFC team picks itself on Sunday vs Brighton.

I love when Wirtz has a good performance.

67

Fucking sort it out lads. We have about 8 mins left.

55

Terrible defending yet again. Gomez is so finished man.

Don't do anything stupid and let them score. Keep it simple.

57

Nice to see McConnell get some minutes. Good game from Nyoni!

57

Rio, Rio, Rio!!! Get that contract signed mate.

I hate when Gakpo is so narrow minded and selfish.

Gravenberch might be a better RB than he is DM or #10

62

Wirtz is so good off the ball as well. Makes some really clever tackles.

83

Florian Wirtz!!! He's been great since he's come on. A lot more convinction in his actions. Playing with confidence.

75

At the start of the season Rio didn't look comfortable on the RW at all. These last 2-3 weeks, he's been absolutely unstoppable. Such amazing progress from him in such a short amount of time.

55

Rio is fucking unstoppable on the right wing. Mac Allister again!

63

Koumas has actually been in a good position across the box a couple of times in this game but the players have just not executed the cut back / cross

67

Tsimikas why are you smashing that across so high

60

Let's go Wirtz. Should be a good game for him this.

Wirtz's worst performance as a 10 was not as bad as Gravenberch 1st half as a 10. You can rightly criticise a player for losing the ball or getting tackled etc. but it's far far worse when your 10 never gets on the ball and never tries to pass forward. Wirtz at least never hides.
