Final Fantasy gave me unrealistic expectations of what friends should be as a child. A fiercely loyal group of ride or die pals that would travel to the ends of the Earth with you, give their last breath to bring you back to life, possess a diverse set of powers that perfectly
compliment your own and willing to go up against insurmountable odds side-by-side with you.
These days we have friends that take weeks to reply to your messages, offer a few words of sympathy when you face adversity, would rather take than give and flake on plans when it is
slightly inconvenient.
We need to do better people! 🤺🧙♀️🦸♂️🧝♀️👻
