“Well, respectfully, that seems kinda lame. You’re the king, you mean to tell me you couldn’t even host Cards if you wanted too? I mean, I get it cause ya can’t have anything sneaking in, but still.” Johnny shook his head, sipping his coffee some more.

“ good. so long as you remember that when you’re out in the stars doing battle with gods and monsters, dear. ”

“ no, and you have plenty of friends, thor. friends that are willing to help. ”

“Oh, C’mon. Listen, I’ll tell ya what. I’ll grab some of the fellas, and we will go to Asgard and get properly drunk with you of some good Asgardian Mead and it’ll be great.” Johnny laughed, raising a brow. “Is it true it’s made with magical honey?”

“ oh, come now. you regularly help us with our problems — as an avenger, your problems are our problems. don’t forget that. ”

“ what else is new, right (?) you need any help with them? ”

“Ha! That might be true. I once had a party with Kymel… alcoholic space goddess milk, and I gotta tell you… I’ve never seen the wall crawler that fucked up before.” Johnny laughs a little, before raising the coffee to his lips to drink some. “Delicious, though.”

“ you said it. things going well, in asgard? can’t say I’ve heard much, but no news is usually good news — right? ”

“ can’t get rid of us that easy, big guy. i’ve been fine — busy, you know how it is — and there’s always somebody somewhere trying to take over the world… what about you? ”

“ oh, so you /definitely/ didn’t need to shout then. i am pretty sure everyone who was here the last time is still around (?) just about, anyway. ”

“Wow, Black Coffee huh? Not even a bit of alcohol for the Norse God of Thunder?” He pulls out a bottle of Irish cream from another hidden compartment, pouring a dash into his mug before stirring, gently sliding Thor’s mug to him. “Suite yourself, Thor. I hope it’s good.”

" hmph. " she let out an amused huff. " touché. what are you calling us all for? "
