The narrative of downsizing as Americans age is dead. The narrative has been dead for years and brokers haven’t paid attention. Aging in place, right-sizing, and upsizing are the new status quo of 55+ housing.

🎙️ @ZachLowe_NBA on whether the Hornets are the team he'd want to be in the East for the next 7 years: "Off the top, Charlotte is definitely maybe No. 1."
🎙️ @BillSimmons on the LaMelo Ball trade: "I'm at A- or A for Charlotte... I couldn't believe the trade for Minnesota. I f-cking hated it."
"I get it on paper; LaMelo Ball would solve a lot of problems that you had with Anthony Edwards last year. There's one problem: He doesn't f-cking play. He's played two seasons of the last six. Last year, he played big minutes early, got hurt, came back. I watched a ton of Charlotte last year. They were using him like a race car on Sundays, just driving him slowly around the block. He averaged 27.5 MPG from mid-November on. They were really, really careful about not getting him hurt again, almost like they knew they were gonna trade him this summer."
"He's the least durable good guard of the last 25 years: Six seasons, 9,400 minutes, zero playoff games, which puts him on this crazy list of guys who have averaged 20 PPG in their first six seasons but have played less than 10,000 minutes. And it's basically just him, Ja Morant and Zion (Williamson)? That's it? He's not reliable! I think he has metal in his ankle. This is not like, 'Oh, Steph Curry had ankle injuries, too'... LaMelo's injuries are WAY worse than Steph Curry's were."
🎙️ @ZachLowe_NBA: "I think when you combine this trade with the (Miles) Bridges trade that happened today, Charlotte has come out looking awesome... great work by the Hornets who continue to just kill it under their new regime."

Life has a way of delivering to you what you need in certain seasons. Some times when you want big impact, it’s preceded by very quiet months and years of deep self work and preparation.
Identifying all of this is the toughest part.
You can’t help when inspiration hits but it’s like magic. If you don’t act on it in the moment, it will be lost forever.
One of the disappointing things about being an entrepreneur is seeing so many talented and great people convince themselves they cannot succeed and must rely on others.
The fear of entrepreneurship has killed far more dreams than entrepreneurship itself.
Success, Greatness, Achievement… none of these are owned by tradition or track-record.
You get them by… deciding they’re yours. Then proving it every day.

I’ve dreamed my entire life about watching a Final 4 live! I just got here and got to my seat, and based on the view I’ll have to keep dreaming. I can’t see shit up here
I am NOT a luxury real estate broker.
I’m more the guy-next-door type. Easy to talk to, not hard to be around. No marketing blitz about how exceptional I am. 😂
I am who I am and don’t throw myself at anyone. Not sure if this works in the end, but it’s honest and it’s me.
If you want to decipher whether a builder is worth their salt, just turn off all the lights in the house and see what the natural light is like… pretty much tells you everything you’ll need to know.
One of the simplest but truest things I have learned is this…
Success is something you attract, it is not something you pursue. You attract attractive people by becoming attractive. You can have more than you’ve got by becoming more than you are. - Jim Rohn
