God’s grace is a thread woven deeply into the tapestry of M’Cheyne’s life. The grace that converted M’Cheyne’s soul from darkness also commissioned him as a minister of the evangel, of the gospel. —@JordanMarkStone bddy.me/4012EYU
After thirty-six years in ministry Andrew Bonar had a simple longing: "Christ is more precious to me . . . I only yearn to know Him better, and preach Him more fully."
Having you encourage the students and field questions was a blessing!
What a delight to be invited by @RTS_Dallas Prof @jordanmarkstone to speak to his "Theology of Worship" course this morning.

Children’s ministry is a helpful testing ground for would-be church elders:
1. Will they humbly serve in unimpressive ways?
2. Do they know God’s Word well enough to teach it simply?
3. Do they have a gentle disposition that works well with others who are weak and immature?
I'm excited to start two new sermon series at Redeemer this Lord's Day:
— Psalms of Ascent in the morning service
— James in the evening service
Come and worship with us at 10:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Dear church members far and wide,
Let me offer a gentle suggestion for your consideration, on behalf of your pastor/s:
Withhold that piece of advice for how he should do things differently until you have first given him 10 encouragements. Then maintain that ratio going forward.
