This year's theme is:
"ZERO MALE SUICIDE"
Men are less likely to talk about their mental health.
Suicide is the largest cause of death for men under 50.
So let's celebrate our men and boys and get them talking.

12th September is the national day of encouragement, dedicated to uplift people in our lives.
Encouraging someone in your life with a few simple words could mean so much to them.
Especially someone who might be struggling with their mental health.
