So what is it with #reform councillors? This guy's priority is grass verges. I assume he thinks we should cut them more and ignore their importance in habitat creation? Looks neat though doesn't it. I despair. We have one who has an MSc in ecology!!!

@jimwaterson - I flag merely because the council are advocating £40M of 'savings' (aka 'cuts'} whilst planning to spend more than a quarter of a million on reopening a ford so the local golfers can get to the first tee 5 minutes quicker, maybe one of the councillors plays there?
