Set yourself fun goals.
One of my new channels is sitting at 12 hours a day of watch time.
New goal is 24 hours a day. Then I know I have the equivalent of 1 person watching non stop lol
Two first sales last night!
Both were refered from ChatGPT which is also a first for me and a very promising sign that SEO work is paying off.
The ChatGPT flow landed a user at one of my guides -> they tried the free tool -> they bought the full tool.
I found out by showing a friend what my Stripe dash looks like I was in the process of explaining that I have to figure out my marketing as I have no sales when I saw.
$34 sitting there.
It represents a first time sale for two products that randomly happened within hours of each other.
First time selling ManyCP.com - $19 USD - distribution tool AND first time selling a month long daily lookup on TrustAudience.com $5 USD.
Now its time to obsessively baby sit their experience of the products and make sure they are 100% satisfied.
Nothing makes me want to do another round of feature fine tuning and improvements like this!
Four days into growing 3 fresh youtube accounts via shorts.
Currently posting 3 shorts a day for each channel - have enough queued for one month of content.
The engagement is okay subscribers on the top channel have cracked 9 lol. I'm not going to let the sub count matter though as youtube ranks first and foremost on watch time and swipe away rate in the first 3 seconds.
My best shorts so far are doing 50% engaged views. I'm aiming to crack 70% eventually as that is the bar for virality. 50% consistently gets you out of the 1k views bucket but not by much.
The pipeline needs a lot of work but so far the views are definitely hitting.
Here is account number - this evenings post is the first to really gain traction. Not entirely sure why 🤷♂️
We have gone from
"Build it and they will come 🧘♂️ "
to
"Make sure you have a bulletproof distribution plan, ideally you already have your customer base by the balls and can shove your product in their face from day one or no one will hear you competing with everyone and their dog that is feverishly pitching everyone their own slop"
New Claude account or Upgrading to Pro?
Always get the 5x Plan first -> fully use up your quota
Then upgrade to 20x as this resets your usage back to 0.
This effectively gives you a free reset over going to the 20x plan directly.
A look behind the scenes of my content pipeline.
Opus 5.5 generates a three.js mockup which is passed to Omni 1.1 for grounding alongside text prompt.
I've found far better success with spacial consistency and far fewer objects clipping.
Some promising charts on some of my first shorts contents 👀
Not sure what normal is with YT but I like the direction the graph is headed.
Started a UGC experiment: agents write, voice and render one faceless video a day for each of my 3 products.
The pipeline uses the new Gemini 3.8 voice tts + Omni 1.1 for video, Sunburst 2.5 for illustration help and edited together via an Opus subagent.
The idea is to have a little bit of a narrative for each channel.
Early results are promising, the claymation format is my personal favourite.
Good morning!
Today starts off with a coffee, bao bun and cinnamon scroll from the Sunday market 💪
If you have a UGC @ on TikTok, reels etc that has been converting for you I’d love to check it out please drop it below.
Today’s is the day I deep research UGC marketing. After reading this week on x and asking for advice from some 100k+ MRR accounts the same thing kept coming up.
If I started again today I wouldn’t spend on ads but grow UGC.
This has really surprised me as i would’ve thought if you can afford it perhaps you could jump start things with a bit of paid marketing but it seems the juice is worth the squeeze when it comes to organic following.
I’ve setup a few TikTok and instagram accounts to get learning on. I would love anyone with experience or decent accounts to drop some noob mistakes I could learn from and avoid myself.
Hoping the food coma doesn’t knock me out.
