(1/6) The South Side of Chicago is my home. Having lived and worked here for more than twenty years, I have followed this story since 2016. My goal is to bring this story of my own neighborhood to a national and global audience.

This beautiful 12-minute film, directed by @JonLowenstein, is a stirring, intimate portrait of a Guatemalan family as they make the agonizing decision to send their oldest son, Norvin, to the U.S. in hopes that he can pull the rest of the family out of poverty back home. Watch ⤵️
With immigration and border security looming large in U.S. politics and culture, New Lines, in a video collaboration with @noorimages, documents one Guatemalan family's bid to find a better life in the north.

Gas is at 32 gwei right now, which is a good price given what it's been this past week. So if you are thinking of burn/minting a COF Edition #3, then this is a good window to do it in!
