"Your package is running late due to an operational delay with the carrier" The carrier is you @amazon. It's you. So many delays with apologies that try to make it sound like Amazon is a victim also.

I hate that @amazon decided to become a shipping company also. I have had more delayed and lost packages in the past year than the twenty previous. It was so much better when they would package my order and hand it to UPS.
