Absolutely heartbreaking way to lose. But life lesson learned. Adversity if a part of life. Unfortunately these kids learned that the hard way today. Plenty to be proud of though.

Marshall loses in heartbreaking fashion 15-14 to Orono in OT. Tigers scored first in OT, Spartans respond and go for 2 from the 18 and convert. Andrew Stelter 100 yds rushing 2 TDs. JR Vierstraete led the defense with 9 tackles with a sack. Tigers finish the season 11-1.

Please thank your coach! They do it for the kids & for the love of the game. The hours spent planning & prepping for game days or practice We don’t see the mental load they carry. The hours off the court, thinking about each individual player—not just as an athlete, but as a kid.

This destroyed so many young people’s education, sports opportunities, businesses, those who were isolated and needed support. Also our social workers couldn’t go into to homes and see if neglect and abuse was happening. It was all a political game to @Tim_Walz and his cronies.
