It's so much easier to go through life knowing it will all work out.
Everything that happens, good or bad, is simply part of it and necessary.
So now everything becomes exciting. What a cheat code.
I still get surprised sometimes seeing that you don't need to have an original idea for an app to make money.
Copy what already works, improve and/or adapt to a different audience, profit.
I think digital dementia will become a real thing in the next ~5 years due to AI.
Just the other day caught myself relying way too much on ChatGPT to come up with ideas. I can actually feel my ideation and creative muscle atrophy 💀
Most founders do price anchoring wrong.
I see it almost every day.
They make their product feel overpriced for no other reason than to increase ARR, losing initial conversions in the process
Here's an example just from the other day...
So I am not willing to commit to an annual plan and now $29 feels overpriced. That's not how price anchoring works.
In stead:
✅ Show monthly pricing first (it’s the higher anchor)
✅ Then show the annual plan as a deal
→ “$12/month (billed annually) — Save 37%”
Now you’re anchoring high → low
And the discount feels real.
Pretty fun experiment: asking ChatGPT to create a photo of how it assumes you look purely based on all the conversations you've had so far.
Share your results and how accurate it was 👇
It's becoming clearer each day: most successful products start by solving a small, boring problem incredibly well.
