This is absolutely horrific news and should be of deep concern to everyone in the UK, the loss of #Papyrus will directly impact many lives and our ability to deal with young suicide. This is one of the times the state should get involved. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c20v…

This is the last time the world saw Dolly Parton alive.
June 24, 2026.
A truck stop in Tennessee.
Rhinestones. Laughter. That famous smile.
Cutting the ribbon like only she could.
Two months later… she’s gone.
Watch her final public moment.
We will always love you, Dolly. 🦋

FIRST LOOK: The Uprising is a new historical epic directed by Paul Greengrass & featuring Andrew Garfield (also produced by @jason_blum). You guys know my stance on Greengrass. I’m a massive fan because this guy constantly takes risks. His filmography is diverse & loaded with quality films. With The Uprising, Greengrass has Garfield set as a peasant leader during England's 1381 Peasants' Revolt. This is getting a full theatrical release on September 11. Added to my Letterboxd watchlist.

Olivier’s reply included a word he didn’t like using but felt compelled to in this case - “Genius”.

I thought I'd attempt to brighten your Sunday by posting one of my favourite sketches from Dave Allen At Large. It's one of about 200, if truth be known. Once again, it's a simple idea beautifully executed. I hope you enjoy it.
Behave yourselves in church, won't you.
