Kid Cudi recalls the time Kanye west asked him to write his verse for him on a song in a collab album and was shocked and in his head how can one of the greatest rapper of all time tell him to write a verse for him, after he wrote it immediately he recorded it without even changing the verse.

I think there’s a difference between being funny on the internet, thriving as part of a duo, and carrying a four-hour morning radio show. Those are different skill sets. It feels like MediaCo saw an internet personality with a built-in audience and assumed that would translate to radio. But having an audience doesn’t automatically make you a compelling broadcaster. It’s another example of how the transition from internet fame to traditional media isn’t as seamless as people think.
