Was reminded why talking to customers is critical.
I learned parents don’t ask for help out of fear of embarrassment of a friend seeing their unfiltered child. These are the same parents desperate for help.
Now to figure out how to crack this barrier 🧐 Any ideas?

"Pay attention to how readily people talk themselves out of things—and be wary of adopting the same narrative. People will often try to convince you their limiting beliefs should become your own. They do not. Find your own ceiling."

First organic customer for the win 🙌
Heard about @my_villy through word of mouth. Not through users. Not through my marketing. She found me & asked if she could get access to help alleviate her childcare struggles.

Everyone posting their favorite books of 2023 & so little fiction. 😢

Make 2024 the year you read at least 1 real story and free your brain 🙌
Why are more people not talking about Lessons in Chemistry on @AppleTV?

Any founders want to just throw in the towel & walk away regularly?
If I didn’t want to see a movement happen based on the vision I’d be out. I feel like most days I don’t care anymore. It’s too hard. But I keep trying for the people I want to help.
Normal? 🚩? TMI?
At the @ACCinhouse annual meeting and was asked if @ItsMattsLaw is as funny irl as online. What do you think I said?
