Not one single female Labour back bencher turned up to the vote on @PiddingtonRoars today. Absolutely despicable @labourpress behaviours today. Congratulations to @SuellaBraverman
This is superb from @SuellaBraverman. She tears SHREDS out of the govts dangerous decision to ignore safety concerns and house illegal migrants in Piddington.
She rightly calls out the fact there are NO female Labour MPs taking part in this debate.
She does NOT hold back! 🔥
Given most European countries are also struggling with illegal migration, why doesn’t Europe denounce the ECHR rather than the UK? It would make things a lot simpler for the whole of Europe!
Excellent interview from Kemi Badenoch on @GMB today.
We do need to leave the ECHR and under Kemi Badenoch, we will. Then we can deport all illegal migrants. We also need to cut taxes and increase defence spending.
Andy Burnham doesn’t have the right priorities. Weak.
So. The UKFCDO advises against travel to a long list of countries currently for UK citizens. Afghanistan being at the very top. But seemingly we readily accept and then house many nationals arriving daily from these countries. What is happening?
And we wonder why Labour wants to continue to drive Welfare costs through the roof…! They’re feeding their electorate. No wonder Labour don’t choose to understand the countryside….

Below exemplifies the risk faced if right wing parties do not unite. In the Dover constituency the Greens “just” won with c 28% of the vote with Reform, Tories and Restore making up 55% combined. Labour losing out. Whilst left wing voters voted tactically, Right wing need to.

100% this. Helped on a milk round for a year or so during A levels. Great job, despite the early mornings!
In 1967 Britain had more electric vehicles on its roads than every other country on earth put together, and they were all delivering milk.
There were tens of thousands of them. The milk float: open sided, battery under the floor, top speed of about 15 miles an hour, and a whine you could pick out in your sleep. It was charged overnight at the depot and was back there by lunchtime.
It carried glass bottles. Each one was collected from your step the next morning, washed and refilled. A bottle went round like that 20 or 30 times before it broke. The foil cap went for scrap. There was no other packaging.
The milk had come from farms within a few miles, through a local dairy, and was on the step before 7.
So here is what the country had. A zero-emission delivery fleet. Reusable containers with a return rate any modern scheme would kill for. No plastic. A supply chain you could cycle the length of. A man who noticed if an old lady's bottles were piling up, and knocked.
It was dismantled in about 15 years, because a supermarket could sell milk a few pence cheaper in a plastic jug as a way of getting you through the door.
Every piece of that system is now the subject of a government target for 2040.
It was running in 1967, silently, in the dark, and nobody thought it was worth a mention.
If you read one thing today… read this….
A Negligent Government, Warned and Unmoved
Iran has told Britain, in its own words, that it treats the Channel as a weapon. Iranian officials said their smuggling routes are "owned" in part by the IRGC and are "more useful" to Tehran than a missile, because they can move "revolutionary people" into London who simply wait to be told what to do. Tehran's own officials said this, on the record, describing the method themselves.
Sir Ken McCallum, the head of MI5, has said his agency has foiled more than twenty potentially lethal Iran-backed plots on British soil. Lord Walney's report found a network of UK charities spreading Khomeinist ideology, several in receipt of Gift Aid, with governance links to Iranian state institutions. The IRGC's Islamic Radio and Television Union operates openly from Manchester and Wembley, broadcasting praise for Hamas and Hezbollah commanders as martyrs. In September, the IRGC addressed an open letter not to the American public generally but specifically to "scholars, students, and members of the media", naming the audience it has judged most useful to its message. Every detail here is published record from the last twelve months, not speculation.
Then came RAF Fairford. Five British men were arrested near the base used by US bombers in operations against Iran, then bailed. A sixth man, a UK-Iranian dual national, was arrested in Westminster on suspicion of preparing terrorist acts and has also been bailed. Andy Burnham told the BBC there were "strong indications" Iran was involved. Benjamin Netanyahu has since claimed Israel handed British authorities intelligence warning of an "Iranian-sponsored attack", only for Britain to announce sanctions on Israeli settlement trade the following day. Whatever the truth of that sequence, a Prime Minister has publicly linked a hostile state to an attempted attack on a British airbase, and the men investigated over it are walking free on bail.
This is the government that continues to welcome boats carrying record numbers of unvetted arrivals, dispersing them across the country, no verification against watchlists and no way of ruling out exactly the embedding Iran itself has described. A government cannot claim ignorance of a threat it has proscribed. It designated the IRGC under state-threat powers in July. It has read Walney's report. It has heard its own intelligence chief's warnings. And it continues operating a system Jonathan Hall KC has already found releases people before checks are complete.
Call it what it is. A government told exactly what the threat looks like and still failing to close the gap it moves through is negligence. Continuing to process record Channel numbers through a system its own reviewer says cannot reliably verify who is arriving is recklessness. And when ministers call for calm, dismiss the question as alarmist, or sanction the very ally offering intelligence on the threat, the word edging into view is complicity, not with Tehran's aims, but with the conditions that let Tehran's method keep working.
Russia weaponises migration on NATO's eastern border, and Western governments say so plainly. Iran has told Britain, through its own officials, that it does the same across the Channel. The difference is that nobody in Warsaw or Vilnius pretends not to have heard it. Britain has heard it from Tehran directly, confirmed it through its own intelligence service, and chosen to keep the door exactly as open as before.
Nobody in government can say they were not warned. The warnings came from Iran's own mouth.
Prime Minister, Andy Burnham and Mojtaba Khamenei, the Iranian Supreme Leader. "Iran has told Britain, in its own words, that it treats the Channel as a weapon."
So, Iran is suspected of being involved in the air base terrorist attack last weekend but the 5 suspects have all been bailed…? Why??
Precisely this…!

🚨 NEW: Shabana Mahmood will open a new refugee route that prioritises Afghan women and Palestinians
[@guardian]
We are lost as a nation.
Britain Can Find £88 Million for Palestine. Its Army Is Told to Find £30 Million in Cuts
There are moments when two government announcements, placed side by side, tell you more about political priorities than a hundred speeches. Britain has committed more than £88 million this financial year to humanitarian and early recovery support for Palestinians. At home, the British Army has reportedly been ordered to find savings of around £30 million, with major training exercises suspended and reservists losing service days.
Read those figures again. £88 million for Palestine. £30 million squeezed from the training of the men and women whose first responsibility is defending Britain.
The package forms part of a wider £127 million bilateral aid allocation for Palestine in 2026/27, intended for healthcare, clean water, sanitation, waste management and rehabilitation for children injured in the conflict. Those are stated humanitarian purposes, and money earmarked for a hospital is not the same as money handed to a militia.
But that distinction has a history of not holding. The Palestinian Authority already runs a payment scheme, worth over $300 million a year, that rewards convicted terrorists according to sentence length. In Gaza, donors from the EU to Qatar have watched their own materials, water pipes, concrete, fuel, repurposed into rocket casings and tunnel networks, with Hamas leaders openly admitting as much on camera. Money is fungible. Aid that frees up funds for a hospital frees up other funds for something else entirely. Britain has no serious mechanism to guarantee that £88 million stays confined to bandages and water pumps.
Meanwhile the Army is being asked to save roughly one third of that sum, at the exact moment Europe faces its gravest security environment in decades. Defence officials have warned the measures risk weakening Britain's military credibility. Ukraine has shown what modern industrial warfare actually consumes in men, ammunition and armour. NATO wants greater readiness. Somewhere inside Whitehall, someone still decided that training exercises were the place to find £30 million.
The government will say these are different budgets. Of course they are. Treasury accounting can put money into whatever departmental boxes ministers choose. The taxpayer has only one pocket, and that taxpayer is not in a generous mood. Real wages have barely moved in years, mortgage costs remain painful, energy bills are soaring, and household budgets are stretched thin enough that asking people to accept squeezed defence spending while £88 million heads abroad, to a territory whose governing bodies have a documented record of diverting aid toward violence, is a harder sell than ministers seem to appreciate.
It's also worth asking what recipients of British generosity, more broadly, actually think of the country supplying it. Britain's aid budget flows disproportionately toward states and territories where Western values are treated with open contempt, and where women's basic freedoms are routinely stripped away by law. That's not a reason to abandon every humanitarian instinct. It is a reason to stop pretending gratitude, partnership or shared values are guaranteed to follow the cheque.
A government has countless responsibilities, but one precedes all the others: defence of the realm. Without security, everything else is academic.
Britain can afford compassion abroad. It cannot afford compassion abroad purchased through diminished readiness at home, financed by a public already struggling to make ends meet, and directed toward institutions with a track record of letting aid slip toward the wrong hands. If ministers can commit £88 million to Palestine, they should explain to British soldiers why finding £30 million for their training has apparently become too difficult, and to British taxpayers why their patience is the resource nobody in Whitehall thought worth budgeting for.

The boats are not a crisis the government is failing to solve. They are a delivery mechanism it has spent twenty-five years building the infrastructure to receive. The rhetoric exists to manage public anger. The contracts, the centres and the sponsorship scheme exist to manage the arrivals. Both serve the same purpose. One is for public consumption. The other is the policy.
They Called It Replacement Migration In 2001. In 2026 Mahmood Is Delivering It Into Your Home
In 2001 the United Nations Population Division published a report titled Replacement Migration: Is It a Solution to Declining and Ageing Populations? It was not a secret document. It is on the UN's own website. It examined whether mass immigration could offset demographic decline in ageing Western nations and calculated, in its most extreme scenario, that the European Union would require 674 million net migrants between 1995 and 2050, at an average of 13 million per year, to maintain worker-to-retiree ratios at 1995 levels. The report's own authors and subsequent academic literature acknowledged those numbers were not practically achievable. What the report did was establish mass immigration as the primary policy tool for managing an ageing population. That framing has never been withdrawn.
In 2015 Britain signed the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Its target 10.7 commits signatory nations to facilitating orderly, safe, regular and responsible migration. In 2018 the Marrakech Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration, adopted by 152 countries including Britain, normalised mass immigration as the standing policy response to demographic decline. Most people have never heard of the Teal Book. They should. It is the British government's own project delivery guidance, and it states explicitly that British equality, diversity and inclusion policy is governed by the UN's 2030 Agenda.
The line from 2001 to 2026 is unbroken. Each document builds on the last. Each commits signatory governments more specifically to the same direction. And each was adopted without a referendum, without a manifesto commitment, and without the public being told what was being signed in their name.
This week Shabana Mahmood announced the Community Sponsorship Scheme. Under the scheme, British families, community groups, employers and universities will sponsor refugees directly, committing to support their financial, emotional and settlement needs for the first year. Refugees will be referred by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. The nationalities prioritised are Sudanese and Eritrean nationals, chosen specifically because they currently represent some of the largest groups crossing the Channel illegally. Mahmood described community sponsorship as the new norm for refugees entering Britain.
The 2001 UN report identified the problem. The 2015 Agenda committed governments to address it through migration. The 2018 Marrakech compact normalised that commitment. The Teal Book embedded it in British institutional policy. And in 2026 the Home Secretary is asking British families to provide the infrastructure.
Each step was presented as a separate, unconnected policy decision. The timeline says otherwise. The framing has been consistent for twenty-five years. The delivery mechanism has simply become more direct.
And then there are the boats. Over 200,000 people have crossed the Channel illegally since 2018. The removal rate is four percent. Accommodation contracts are signed until 2039. Twelve new asylum centres opened this week without informing MPs. The community sponsorship scheme creates a parallel legal pipeline for the same nationalities currently crossing illegally. Every tough speech, every announced crackdown, every promise to "smash the gangs" has been followed by more arrivals, more contracts and more infrastructure.

🚨 LABOUR ADMITS DEFEAT ON THE CHANNEL AS LUCY POWELL SHRUGS OFF BORDER CHAOS
Education Secretary Lucy Powell went on national radio this morning and openly surrendered British border control. 🤡
When challenged on migrant boats slipping past Border Force completely undetected, Powell simply shrugged and declared that we cannot stop everything all the time.
After taking billions of pounds from taxpayers and boasting about beefed up coastal surveillance, Labour cannot even spot unauthorized dinghies landing on our beaches.
Now Shabana Mahmood is scrambling to order an urgent review to cover up her own department's humiliation.
Here is the simple truth: if you cannot control the borders, resign.
Retweet this immediately and demand this incompetent Labour cabinet step down right now. 🇬🇧🔥
