A 96th minute winner in 1 game can make you a legend. It's the derby. Little arms. Klopp going nuts. The big fella sticking his nut on this in 2018 is something we'll never tire of seeing. #LFC #YNWA

Who wakes up one day and says “Pass me £900m, I’m off thousands of miles away to regenerate a specific part of Manchester.”?

Absolutely no Liverpool fan is going to duff up a city fan because their owners cheated. If it kicks off it will because Steve from Stockport took offence to being called a “cheating fat meff” and something about the quality of his trainers.
If any violence happens next week at Anfield, it won't be just the Liverpool fans at fault. It will be the entire media whipping them up in a frenzy @talkSPORT @henrywinter @GNev2 @IanWright0 You better hope nothing does!

Manchester City were first informed that they had been found guilty of more than 100 breaches of the Premier League's financial rules in the summer. Sources told ESPN club chiefs were initially made aware of the findings of the independent panel in July. It was followed by an aggressive approach in the summer transfer window, during which seven senior signings arrived at the Etihad Stadium at a cost of more than £450 million… espn.co.uk/football/story/_/… @RobDawsonESPN

City’s manipulation of revenue & costs are shocking But don’t pretend our USM deals were bona fide either. It’s just there’s no paper trail. Yet.

Wilfully missing the point
No sensible human being can watch Manchester City play football like THIS and still have the courage to say they “cheated.” The passing, movement, chance creation, technical quality… this is football at its finest. 🩵 Pep built a machine so good that some people had to explain the football away instead of appreciating it. Cry about the charges, but you can’t rewrite what happened on the pitch. 🩵🏆

Then City bought Mahrez and Chelsea bought Kante, and that was that for Leicester. "But we're the opposition to the cartel". Good grief.

Messi is the greatest ever. Goals like this get scored in Sunday League. It’s usually a complete fluke / a bad cross.
Insane angle from Messi's free kick golazo 😱

The number of City fans wilfully missing the point is quite impressive

Helen Whatley MP spends every day bashing disabled people online and calling them scroungers. She has claimed for almost £2,000,000 on expenses since 2015. £300,000 of this are for her own travel and accommodation etc, yet she lives 50 miles from London.

One question I really want answering: did Pep also have two contracts, like Mancini, to help City cook their books? When Pep was hired, nobody knew about Mancini's two contracts. Why *wouldn't* City pull the same stunt again with Pep when they thought they got away with Mancini?

A piece from 15 yrs ago, Nov 2011, predicting Man City would fail Uefa's FFP. Table with all the numbers at the bottom of that. There was NO WAY, ever, MCFC were going to legitimately stay within the rules. Always clear that cheating would be required. sportingintelligence.com/201…
