Chantilly cream and berry cake is my current favorite. I can only eat maybe 1/4 of a slice, it’s huge, but it’s a lovely little treat after dinner.

I found a pumpkin risotto recipe to use the rest of my pumpkin from the pumpkin cheesecake I made last week. This risotto has Parmesan cheese, broth, pumpkin, browned butter, crispy browned sage, rosemary, and thyme. It's really good.
