That's so true. One of the best assessments of Christianity. I'm so glad that Jesus died for losers, rose for losers, and welcomes losers into his Kingdom. I'm riding Christ's coattails into glory.

I understand the pushback on “purity culture” as it was exercised in the evangelical world for the last few decades. It was flawed. But to abandon a biblical precept bc you hated a cultural moment is tossing the baby out with the bath water.

Our preachers today will stumble over their words at times, wish they had more prep time, and battle discouragement tonight for not doing a better job.
