I haven't been as vocal about what I DO as much because I have been so busy being who I AM- a dad, a storyteller and lawyer. I look at 2026 like I looked at 2012- a time to show folks why we are one of the best law firms in the country. Not just according to Forbes, but according to those we have served.
I come to Law Offices of Phillips & Hunt & Walker every single day and work personal injury and wrongful death cases. I need you to tell your friends and family about us. I need more cases, clients and stories to tell.
I will work my butt off to show you, your friends and family why I have the largest verdicts, best reviews and truly care about people. Help our small business grow.

Ha!!! They did it!! The cameras must’ve missed the little guy tho!!
Tiptoeing KABOOM!!
Most flood deaths occur in vehicles is objectively the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. So people drown on flooded roads? I’ve never seen that in my life. I get ruining a car or getting swept in a current but who is driving under 6-8 feet of water and can’t get out before it’s too late?
You’d get away with it once or twice. But the staff would eventually catch on and camera footage would be saved and you’d likely have police show up with misdemeanor charges that will cost you a lot more than the eggs.

This wrongful arrest was part of a sting operation @jsosheriff was eager to publicize. JSO, using AI, rushed to arrest the wrong man while the actual perpetrator walked free for months. His records remained online after a judge ordered them expunged. Meanwhile …
Blood-boiling story this morning from @hellokatepayne: Jacksonville police, relying entirely on an AI-facial recognition tool, arrested the wrong man for a heinous crime, ruining his life.

Heartbreaking that this is where we are. This was where Jordan Davis went to school and Bennett chose Paxon IB over Wolfson AP, but it was close.

Just heard from school. All are safe. An arrest was made over a threat. Senior student. It was serious enough that police came in with rifles. Am hearing that a gun was found but that is coming from students and not confirmed. Have seen videos of police with rifles walking halls
Press conference with my dear friend and client Hope McMath today at Law Offices of Phillips Hunt & Walker at 2 PM. We had a great ruling last week on the state’s attempt to punish her despite the First Amendment protections we all have.
