Happy to see the @NHLBruins are back to their playoff pastime of choking away multi goal third period leads and wasting incredible goaltending performances, sigh

In the 1970s-80s measles was the single leading killer of children, 2-3 million died annually. Through EPI @WHO we brought it down to 450,000 kids who died annually by 2000. Through @gavi it came down to <100,000. Now the ignorant careless chuckleheads want to erase all our gains
Joe Rogan: "Measles was what everyone got when I was a kid, and what happened was you'd get sick for a few days, and then you'd be immune for life. They're making it look like everyone's dying from measles."
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Joe Rogan was born August 1967.
Due to Vaccines Measles rates dropped significantly - so when he was a kid "everyone didn't get Measles".
He might be confusing Measles with Chicken Pox, which was prevalent at that time

Trump’s hated for Comey is so bizarre when you think about the fact that without Comey’s October 2016 intervention, Trump probably wouldn’t have won the 2016 election and wouldn’t be president today.
Apart from being incredibly tasteless, this is objectively untrue, just wait until OpenAI and every other AI tech provider pivots all at once and decides they actually need to be profitable, and jacks up prices to make up for the horrible unit economics of generative AI queries.

Who knew the key was running charismatic candidates with actual ideas and hopeful campaigns?
Come on, literary magazines. I appreciate the sentiment but you can quit coddling my feelings. I've noticed an increase in "your submission isn't a reflection of you as a writer" etc. etc. in recent years. Just tell me you didn't accept the story and let me get on with my life.
Thank god I'm not the only one that finds this phrase annoying and strange!! wsj.com/business/welcome-in-…
