Good idea for the whole country.

Same for pharmacists.
To whom it may concern,
Stop gaslighting physicians who are not willing to sacrifice themselves at the altar of medicine.
Refusing to self-sacrifice does not mean someone lacks a strong work ethic.
It means one knows their priorities and has the courage to advocate for them.
Medicine does not have to be your entire identity.
For everyone else besides pharmacists, here’s what’s happening in Arkansas pharmacy world.
It’s a really good thing.
Replying to @Collinjsanders @mcuban
Arkansas is cracking down on the middlemen (PBMs) who decide how much pharmacies get paid for your medicine under insurance.
They ordered 32 of them (covering ~1,600 plans) to follow the rules that say pharmacies must get paid at least the average real cost of the drugs (called NADAC). Some got fines for underpaying.
One PBM is suing to avoid sharing certain private-plan data. Regulators will visit another big one in September to sort out mismatched numbers.
Mark Cuban is cheering them on and hopes they tell the public what they find.
#PBMproblems this is no exaggeration, pharmacies are closing at an unprecedented pace, leaving high risk patients without their most accessible providers, all the while, #pbm margins are sky high @txleg

Tell me where Claude and I got this wrong
The U.S. doesn't have a drug problem—it has a $360B+ middleman rebate problem.
List prices are inflated just to fund PBM spreads, fees, and retrospective rebates.
A blueprint to fix it: An Open Federal Formulary + Transparent Cost-Plus

I’ve noticed 90% of doctors are writing Zepbound Kwikpen for the Medicare GLP-1 bridge program. Bullish $LLY?
Agreed
United Healthcare is beating estimates and having their revenue skyrocket. Just in Q2 they are reporting $112 BILLION in revenue
They are expected to do just under HALF A TRILLION in revenue in one year. Again, this is just one Big Health Insurance company
It’s time to drastically regulate Big Health insurance companies, they are robbing us blind and making astronomical revenues
It’s time to end this insane scam, it’s time to end this absurd for-profit racket these companies have on our healthcare system
Locked in.
THE DEPOSITION LAWYERS WANT SEALED FROM THE PUBLIC!
Lawyers at SussmanGodfrey ATTEMPTING to extort $15M -$30M in fees (which would come from investors not me) are actually asking courts to seal this deposition from the public. Share before they take it down.
I’m EXPOSING the $100B racket of class action lawsuits. These lawyers are rake in hundreds of billions of dollars annually overwhelming business owners with fees, wasted resources and leverage the threat of reputational damage. This is the first time I could tell my story.
Share it before they FORCE me to take it down. The entire deposition of 16 hours is on my YouTube channel.
Illegal.
Pharmacies have an ethical, legal, moral and medical obligation for dispensing prescriptions.
With the always decreasing reimbursements from insurance conglomerates, should we expected to bear a financial obligation for dispensing when insurances fail to cover our cost of doing business?
Especially when those same corporations can (and do) pay themselves (mail order) exponentially higher for dispensing the same medications?

Florida pharmacies need some clarity on HB-697. The law says insurance cannot force a pharmacy to fill at a loss. Anything under $10 profit per rx is effectively a loss. That's also about 90% of claims through insurance. And does it apply to Medicare?
