Whoever needs to hear this.... No one is coming to save you. You are the only one with the power to change your life. Your attitude towards it has that power and always will.
A mind can not expand from thought alone, those attachments are theories. Mental expansion Is only achieved through experience. It is the world around us teaching and our intuition that guides us there. The mind can only make sense within the expanded boundaries of its experience
The mental frame defines you...Attitude is the first key to any success as the sun that burns your skin also warms your body and the rain that ruins your day also forms most of you.
The body is not a fragile structure of glass... Stress it till exhaustion and it will adapt to be resilient...Overload tension on its muscles and it will grow even stronger...Fracture its bones and with rest they will bond back stronger...
The same process works for the mind.
